Huig, Jorisz (d. 1550)
Jorisz Huig, an otherwise unknown Anabaptist martyr, was beheaded with his brother Quirijn Jorisz on 22 January 1550 at Delft, Dutch province of South Holland, because of being an Anabaptist. They were natives of Delfshaven near Rotterdam. Their goods were confiscated. About these martyrs we only know by the statement of account of the sheriff of Delft.
