Jacob Claesz (d. 1549)

Jacob Claesz of Landsmeer (Dutch province of North Holland), an Anabaptist martyr who was burned at the stake at Amsterdam on 9 November 1549 after cruel torture. His property was confiscated. His wife Cecilia Jheronymusdochter was also put to death at Amsterdam in 1549. Jacob Claesz is apparently identical with Jacob van Wormer.
