Johan Schelhamer, author of the book, Widerlegung der widertäuferischen hellischen Grundsuppen des letzten Seculi in der vermeinten Postillen Valentin Weigels ausgeschüttet und Warnung in alle Welt (Hamburg, 1623). Schelhamer was a pastor in Hamburg, a violent opponent of Valentin Weigel.
