Reusse, Peter (16th century)
Peter Reusse (Ruse), a successful Anabaptist leader in Thuringia, Germany, by trade a feed-cutter, stemmed from Esperstedt near Frankenhausen, moved with his wife and children to Sandersleben in Anhalt, baptized many in the villages in the neighborhood also in Mühlhausen, including Appolonia Kaiser, and probably introduced the fraternal kiss and feetwashing. His name occurs in the records of 1530-1537.
