The Bethany Fellowship Church in Kokomo, Indiana, USA was established in 1964 as a division from the Miami Amish Mennonite Church.

In 2017 the church was a member of the Beachy Amish Mennonite Fellowship and had a membership of 95. The bishop was Marvin Beachy, and the ministers were Arlin Beachy and Delbert Hostetler.
