Lely family
Lely, a Dutch Mennonite family of Hoorn, where Cornelis Tymons Lely in 1686 and his brother Gerrit Tymons Lely in 1689 were called to the ministry of the Frisian congregation and of Amsterdam, where its members were found in several Mennonite congregations. To this family belonged the preacher Cornelis Lely, while Cornelis Lely is also a descendant of this family.
