Northern Lights Church of God in Christ, Mennonite (Silver Valley, Alberta, Canada)
The Northern Lights Church of God in Christ, Mennonite congregation in Silver Valley, Alberta began services in 1964. The first building was occupied in 1967. The congregation originated through the colonization of northern Alberta. Silver Valley was also previously called Silver Valley Church of God in Christ, Mennonite. The congregation operates Northern Lights School. The language of worship is English.
Ministers Arlen Johnson and Weldon Friesen served in 2001 as non-salaried congregational leaders. In 2010, Weldon Friesen served as minister.
