Cornelis Cornelisz Kelder, a Dutch Anabaptist martyr, was put to death on 11 October 1536, at The Hague, although there was no evidence against him except that he had been baptized on 2 November 1534 by Meindert of Delft. In May 1535 he had been in Amsterdam. The martyr Jan Evertsz declared in his trial at Middelburg, 27 March 1534, that Kelder was a weaver of wool and lived in Speyestrate in The Hague.
