Leentgen Hendricxdochter, an Anabaptist martyr, a native of 's Hertogenbosch, Dutch province of North Brabant, was baptized at Dordrecht about May 1534 by Bartholomeus Boeckbinder. She was arrested in Amsterdam in May 1535 and put to death with a large number of other Anabaptist women by drowning on 21 May (not 15 May, as van Braght states), 1535
