Loosjes is an old Dutch Mennonite family, whose ancestor, as far as is known, was Aryan (Adriaen) Jacobs Loosjes (1550-1635), living on the Molenbuurt at [[Zaandam (Noord-Holland, Netherlands)|Zaandam]], Dutch province of North Holland.
