First Mennonite Church, El Dorado, Arkansas, USA, had its roots emerge from the Hudson Memorial Nursing Home established by Rosedale Mennonite Missions in 1959. Rosedale also established a Voluntary Service unit in El Dorado. Local Mennonites organized as a congregation of the Conservative Mennonite Conference in 1968. Owen Guengerich served as the first congregation's first pastor.
When the Gulf States Mennonite Conference of the Mennonite Church (MC) formed in 1979, First Mennonite also joined this body.
The congregation changed its name to Faith Community Church between 2005 and 2007.
