The Mt. Calm Church of God in Christ, Mennonite congregation northeast of Carson City, Michigan, USA was established in 1964. The congregation started as a daughter congregation of the Newark Church of God in Christ, Mennonite at a time when Newark had over 300 members. Newark purchased land 0.25 miles north of the eastern city limits of Carson City, where some families of the congregation already lived. The name Mt. Calm was chosen in recognition of its location in Montcalm County.
The first service in the new building was held on 8 March 1964. About 80 members became part of the new congregation.
Mt. Calm shares the Countryside Christian School with the Newark congregation. It began in the Newark church in 1980. A school building was completed in 1982, with expansions in 1987 and 1997.
In 2020 the congregation was part of the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite. The minister was James Leid.
