Cornelis van den Bosch, of the territory of Münster, was seized 25 May 1539 when a meeting of Anabaptists was surprised in the house of Lambrecht Duppijns at Haarlem, Dutch province of North Holland. Cornelis, who is supposed to have been a follower of David Joris, after repeated torture was beheaded on 2 June 1539, at Haarlem.
