It contains exact statistics of the Mennonites in the various countries: [[Germany|Germany]], Switzerland, France, [[Netherlands|Holland]], [[Russia|Russia]], and some from America, reporting the date of origin, membership, names of preachers and elders, and the institutions. The second part of the booklet is entitled <em>Verschiedenes aus der Tatigkeit und den Einrichtungen der Mennoniten, </em>and presents articles on (1) the home and foreign mis­sion work of the Mennonites; (2) the <em>Vereinigung der Mennoniten-Gemeinden im Deutschen Reich </em>and its origin; (3) instruction among the Men­nonites of Russia, with an interesting account of their school for the deaf in Blumenort; (4) the school at the [[Weierhof (Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany)|Weierhof]] near Marnheim ([[Palatinate (Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany)|Palatinate]]); and (5) the text of several laws and regulations concerning the Mennonites.
