Anthonis (Anthoon) Fockes was an Anabaptist martyr, executed for his faith at Leeuwarden in the Dutch province of Friesland on 13 December 1554, along with Allart Jansz. He was burned at the stake. He condemned all that was done by the Roman Catholic Church as idolatry.
