Hansken Parmentier, an Anabaptist martyr, was burned at the stake on 11 December 1561 atBrugge, Belgium. Verheyden, not finding this name in the records, suggests that Hansken Parmentier is identical either with Jehan Berthelootor with Jehan (Hans) Cant both executed on 11 December 1561 at Brugge.
