It is also mentioned by Steven Blaupot ten Cate, <em>Geschiedenis der Doopsgezinden in Holland, Zeeland, Utrecht en [[Gelderland (Netherlands)|Gelderland]]</em>, (1847): v. II, 210. The author or editor was S. H. (?); it was printed in 1607 at [[Alkmaar (Noord Holland, Netherlands)|Alkmaar]], Netherlands. Of this hymnal, however, no copy seems to be extant and particulars are unknown.
