Trijntje Jans(sen) van Dülmen, an Anabaptist martyr, drowned on 7 July 1539, at Alkmaar, Dutch province of North Holland, with two other women. She was a native of Dülmen in the bishopric of Münster, Germany. Mellink is of the opinion that she was a Davidjorist. She was sentenced to death because she had been (re)baptized and rejected the Catholic doctrine of the Mass.
