He baptized at [[Amsterdam (Noord-Holland, Netherlands)|Amsterdam]], The Hague, [[Brielle (Zuid-Holland, Netherlands)|Brielle]], and other places. The martyrs [[Anneken Jans (d. 1539) |Anneken Jans]] of Brielle, Jan Everts of [[Middelburg (Zeeland, Netherlands)|Middelburg]], and Cornelis Cornelisz Kelder of The Hague were among those baptized by Meynart. He was still living in 1548; about his further life and his death nothing is known. By trade he was a weaver.
