Wagenmaker, a Mennonite family on the former Dutch island of Wieringen, where many of its members have served the church as deacons since the 17th century. Cornelis Wagenmaker (Wagennmaker) was from 1740 a preacher and from 1743 until his death in 1784 an elder of the Wieringen congregation. He published Onderwyzing aangaande het Christelyk Gelooj, a catechism (Amsterdam, 1759, repr. 1776).
