Bethel Fellowship (formerly known as Bethel Conservative Fellowship) originated in 1983, when four congregations that had withdrawn from the Conservative Mennonite Fellowship began a loose association. Eventually, other congregations joined the fellowship. The fellowship started the Bethel Bible School in Seymour, Missouri and a mission work in the northern part of Belize.
