In 1678 it contributed 28 guilders to the needs of the Swiss Brethren in the Palatinate and in 1726, 33 guilders for the Lithuanian Mennonites. After the congregation of Uitgeest had died out about 1750, Marken-Binnen was served by Knollendam until Marken-Binnen itself was dissolved. The [[Naamlijst der tegenwoordig in dienst zijnde predikanten der Mennoniten in de Vereenigde Nederlanden|Naamlijst]] of 1815 stated that this had happened, but it seems that the seven remaining members of Marken-Binnen did not unite with the congregation of Knollendam until 1828. Then in 1829 the old meetinghouse of Marken-Binnen was sold.
