Berezovka, a village in Russia near the station Davlekanovo in the province of Ufa (now Bashkortostan Republic), where there was a school for the poor from the beginning of the 20th century. It was a 4-class institution with dormitory, founded by Fritz Klassen, who donated 50 desiatinas (135 acres) and a house to the school. Jakob Johannes Martens was made principal; he put his energy and his capital into the cause.
