Bethel Fellowship is located in Cottage Grove, Tennessee, USA. The church originated in 1985 when 22 families split from the New Boston [[Amish Mennonites|Amish Mennonite]] Church and the Locust Grove Amish Mennonite Church. The group used an old church located approximately 15 minutes from the New Boston and Locust Grove sites. Bishop Noah Wengerd, bishop in the New Boston and Locust Grove churches, was the first leader of Bethel Fellowship.
