Henrick Samuel van Lennep, born 10 February 1832 at Amsterdam, died 24 October 1914 at Heemstede, was a jurist and well-known legal authority in Amsterdam and director of the Vesta Life Insurance Company. He served the Algemene Doopsgezinde Sociëteit as a trustee from 1869 until his death, and as treasurer from 1872 until his death. He was elected chairman of this conference (A.D.S.) three times.
