Dorothea Pieters, a Dutch Anabaptist martyr of Dordrecht, was drowned 25 April 1534, together with Marytgen Huig Cranen. The place of execution probably is the Hague. Dorothea had joined a group of Anabaptists who were planning to go to Münster, but were arrested at Bergklooster.
