Hans van Borculo, also called Hans (or Jan, Janne) Collen (or Colien, Coken), an [[Anabaptism|Anabaptist]] martyr, a weaver by trade, was burned at the stake at [[Antwerp (Belgium)|Antwerp]], Belgium on 16 December 1558. He is named in the hymn beginning "Aenhoort Godt, hemelsche Vader" (Hear, O God, heavenly Father), No. 16 in the <em>Liedtboecxken van den Offer des Heeren</em>. The records of the Margrave of Antwerp state that his wife, whose name is not given, had been executed in 1559; but nothing further is known of this execution.
