Peter Schlabach, (1834-1906), an elder of the [[Amish|Amish]] congregation in Upper Hesse, was married to Anna Güngerich of the Albacherhof, leased the estate of the deceased Unzicker in Frielingen, Hersfeld district, and later a grain business in Wetzlar, became bookkeeper of a savings bank, and was elected the conservative representative to the Prussian Landtag.
