Boyer Mennonite Church, a member of the Rosedale Network of Churches, was formally organized in 1954 in Middleburg, Pennsylvania.

In 2011 the leading minister was Mike Byler and the congregation's membership was 72. In 2020 Matthew Schrag became the lead pastor.
