The Immanuel Mennonite Church congregation in Pierceland, Saskatchewan, began services in 1931. The congregation originated through colonization from southern Saskatchewan. The congregation in Pierceland was part of the Meadow Lake Immanuel group. The Pierceland church building was destroyed by fire 6 November 1955 and was not replaced. At that time there were 25 members and the congregational leader was J. J. Dyck. An Immanuel Mennonite Pierceland station continued into the 1960s. The congregation had been affiliated with the Conference of Mennonites in Canada.
