Bregte Adams, wife of [[Frans Dirksz Quintijn (d. 1536)|Frans Dirksz Quintijn]] or Frans Dirksz van Wormer, an [[Anabaptism|Anabaptist]] martyr, was executed by drowning at [[Alkmaar (Noord Holland, Netherlands)|Alkmaar]], Dutch province of [[North Holland (Netherlands)|North Holland]], on 1 February 1536 because she had been rebaptized. Bregte Adams, wife of Frans Dirksz Quintijn or Frans Dirksz van Wormer, an Anabaptist martyr, was executed by drowning at Alkmaar, Dutch province of North Holland, on 1 February 1536 because she had been rebaptized. Her husband had been burned at the stake at Alkmaar on the previous day.

She was arrested at the same time as others who had planned an attack on Alkmaar, including Aegje Elinxdochter and Elbert Pieter Sinckes.
