Guanacastillo Mennonite Fellowship is located in Masay, Nicaragua. The church originated outreach efforts by leaders from the Mennonite Christian Fellowship in Costa Rica to plant a congregation in Nicaragua. Gerald Yoder, Allan Miller and Eli Hershberger were among those who made exploratory trips into Nicaragua.
In 2018 the church had 19 members and was a member of the Mennonite Christian Fellowship. The ministerial team included Bishop Jacob William Byler and Minister Daniel Stoltzfus.
