Bethel Fellowship is located in Cottage Grove, Tennessee, USA. The church originated in 1985 when 22 families split from the New Boston Amish Mennonite Church and the Locust Grove Amish Mennonite Church. The group used an old church located approximately 15 minutes from the New Boston and Locust Grove sites. Bishop Noah Wengerd, bishop in the New Boston and Locust Grove churches, was the first leader of Bethel Fellowship. When the Locust Grove Amish Mennonite Church closed, Bethel Fellowship moved into that meetinghouse.

Calvary Christian Fellowship was a daughter congregation and originated in 1992.

In 2018 the church had 85 members and was a member of the Maranatha Amish Mennonite Churches. The ministerial team included Bishop Lewis Bender, Jr., Ministers Menno Wagler and Nathan Byler, and Deacon Raymond Miller, Jr.
