Kenabeek Conservative Mennonite Church began services in 1979, and formally organized in 1982. The first building was occupied in 1981. Bishop Ralph Gerber is considered the founding leader of the group. The congregation originated through outreach by the Milverton Conservative Mennonite Fellowship.
In 2014 the church had 58 members and was a member of the Nationwide Fellowship Churches. The ministerial team was comprised of Bishop Harold Gerber and Ministers Mark Lebold, Paul Strubhar, and Leroy Stutzman.
