Jan Cornelisz (called Oude Jan) of Hazerswoude, Dutch province of South Holland, an [[Anabaptism|Anabaptist]] martyr, was beheaded on 26 March 1534 at Haarlem. He is called one of the principal Anabaptist leaders. Nothing more is known.

He had been among the Anabaptists who were taken prisoner at [[Bergklooster (Overijssel, Netherlands)|Bergklooster]] en route to [[Münster Anabaptists|Münster]]. He had been among the Anabaptists who were taken prisoner at Bergklooster en route to Münster. Together with him five others suffered martyrdom.
