Luirt Luirts, a preacher (already serving in 1645) and elder of the [[Groningen Old Flemish Mennonites|Groningen Old Flemish]] Mennonites, was a farmer near Westeremden in the Dutch province of [[Groningen (Netherlands)|Groningen]].
