Hans Seidel (Seidl, Seyel, Seydel), an Anabaptist martyr of Murau, who was seized with Hans Donner of Wels at St. Veit in Carinthia, Austria, on the Wednesday before Christmas in 1538. Both were beheaded after a valiant confession of their faith.
