Ulrich Eckart, a member of the Anabaptist congregation at Augsburg, a grinder, was chained in a dungeon at Augsburg in September 1527 for his faith, and on 18 October expelled with Eitelhans Langenmantel, Endres Widholz, Gall Vischer, Laux Vischer, Peter Schleppach, and Hans Kissling. In addition he had to pay a fine which was contributed to the city alms fund. Nothing is known of his further activity.
