<em>War Sufferers' Relief Bulletin</em> began publication in March 1945 and continued monthly for two years (two volumes with 12 issues each), published by the [[Mennonite Central Committee (International)|Mennonite Central Committee]] (MCC) headquarters at [[Akron (Pennsylvania, USA)|Akron]], Pennsylvania, 6½ x 9 in., with 8 pages. The editors were Irvin B. Horst, Daniel B. Suter, John A. Hostetler, and Ernest W. Lehman. The Bulletin was intended to make MCC foreign relief news available to the constituency by publishing current news as well as detailed reports from foreign workers. In addition to disseminating relief news, the publication also gave something of the concern and spirit in which the foreign relief program was carried on. This is evident from the quotation, "Not to be ministered unto, but to minister," which appeared under the banner of each issue. In 1947 the War Sufferers' Relief Bulletin was enlarged and published under the name <em>MCC Services Bulletin</em>.
