From Prussia this name was transplanted to the Mennonite settlements of the [[Ukraine|Ukraine]]. [[Isaac, Franz (1816-1899)|Franz Isaac]] was the author of <em>Die Molotschnaer Mennoniten </em>(Halbstadt, 1908).
