The<em> Confession de Foi Chretienne des Chretiens sans defense connus surtout dans les Pais-bas sous le nom de Mennonites</em> (Confession of Christian Faith of the Nonresistant Christians, who Especially in the [[Netherlands|Netherlands]] Are Known as Mennonites) is a booklet of 142 pages, published 1771 (no place or publisher indicated), containing Preface, Confession ([[Dordrecht Confession of Faith (Mennonite, 1632)|Dordrecht Confession]], translated from a German edition of 1711), certificate of a number of Alsatian brethren, 18 prayers, seven hymns, all by [[Clock, Leenaert (d. after 1638)|Leonhard (Leenaerdt) Clock]], and a sermon on 1 Corinthians 15:55-57, preached on the Sunday after Easter 1753 in the Mennonite church of Altona by the youngest preacher of that congregation (presumably it was [[Jager, Jan de (1719-1802)|Jan de Jager]]). This is the French edition of the Dordrecht Confession of 1632. It was reprinted at Nancy in 1862. An earlier reputed edition of 1660 could not be verified.
