Ulrich von Kaunitz, a ruler in [[Moravia (Czech Republic)|Moravia]], in whose territory [[Austerlitz (Jihomoravský kraj, Czech Republic)|Austerlitz]] was located, was kindly disposed to the Reformation, though he was a Catholic. Thus in 1528 he allowed the nonresistant [[Hutterian Brethren (Hutterische Brüder)|Hutterite]] [[Anabaptism|Anabaptists]], called <em>Stäbler , </em>who had separated from the <em>[[Schwertler|Schwertler]] (</em>Anabaptists who did not share the principle of nonresistance), to move from [[Nikolsburg (Jihomoravský kraj, Czech Republic)|Nikolsburg]] to Austerlitz.
