View source for Friesche Doopsgezinde Predikanten Vereeniging (Mennonite Ministers' Conference in Friesland)

From 1847 to 1926 the Mennonite ministers in the Dutch province of [[Friesland (Netherlands)|Friesland]] held their (unofficial) meetings twice a year, in the spring at [[Leeuwarden (Friesland, Netherlands)|Leeuwarden]] and in the fall at [[Sneek (Friesland, Netherlands)|Sneek]], discussing problems of special Mennonite interest and hearing scholarly theological addresses given by one of the ministers. The Friesche Vereeniging was dissolved in 1926, when a general Dutch Ministers' Conference was founded.
