The Capitola [[Mennonite Brethren Church]] in Capitola, [[California (USA)|California]], was organized in 1965. The congregation was a member of the [[Pacific District Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches (United States Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches)|Pacific District Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches]]. The church disbanded in 1966. Three years later, a second attempt was made to establish a Mennonite Brethren congregation in Capitola, and in 1970 [[Grace Community Church of Capitola (Capitola, California, USA)|Cliffwood Heights Neighborhood Church]] was organized.
