The [[Eastern Mennonite Missions (Lancaster Mennonite Conference)|Eastern Mennonite Board of Missions and Charities]] began a mission outreach in Cambridge, southwest of Honey Brook, [[Pennsylvania (USA)|Pennsylvania]] in 1946. The Paradise Bishop District of the [[LMC: a Fellowship of Anabaptist Churches|Lancaster Mennonite Conference]] began with [[Summer Bible School]], as well as preaching services on Sunday evenings at the Cambridge Community Chapel. This was a chapel originally built in 1901.

By the early 1950s, the Weaverland District provided oversight to this mission and regular, every-two-week worship services.

By 2009, Sunday morning attendance was about 70, and the congregation was considering additional renovations to the building. Cambridge Mennonite was part of the Martindale District.
