Wirdum, a hamlet in the district of Friesland, Lower Saxony, Germany (coordinates: 53° 28′ 39″ N, 7° 12′ 18″ E). Leenaert Bouwens baptized three persons here in 1551-1554, and 28 in 1563-1565. It is not known that there was a congregation at Wirdum; they may have joined the congregation soon after called Emsigerand.
