Willem Koussenmacher (d. 1535)

Willem Koussenmacher, an Anabaptist martyr of Antwerp, was executed in 1535 at Wesel. At his cross-examination he said, "What one cannot grasp from Scripture is human work." The one who bap­tized him directed him to yield himself entirely to God.
