Burgert van der Wael, author or composer of the Mennonite hymnal Eeuwig Geluyt-makende Vreugt-Basuyn geblazen ter Gedachtenisse van de Geboorte, 't Leven, Lyden, Sterven, Verryzen en Hemelvaart onzes Heilands en Zaligmakers . . . (Dordrecht, 1670; Edam, 1699; Amsterdam, 1703, 1734, and 1736). No copy seems to be extant. About van der Wael all information is lacking.
