Verduin family

Verduin (Verduyn), a Dutch Mennonite family found in the Amsterdam Lamist church in the 17th and 18th centuries.  A few of them served as deacons, Pieter Adriaens Verduyn (ca. 1625-1700) was a noted physician at Amsterdam, who was called to attend the king of Denmark; he wrote a number of medical works. Another member of this family was Abraham Verduin.
