Jörg Tucher, an Anabaptist from Wissemburg(?), was arrested at Strasbourg together with Jakob Gross, Matthis (Matthias) Hiller, Wilhelm Echsel, and Jörg Ziegler. They were among the first Anabaptists in Strasbourg; in August or September 1526 they were probably all banished from the town.
